The extensive grounds include a pond and enclosed courtyard where kids can run wild while adults relax. Burton Pidsea village is under a mile away, making it easy to grab essentials or enjoy a local pint without the designated driver drawing the short straw.

Accommodation includes three double bedrooms (one with day bed, two with en-suites), two twin rooms (one with en-suite) and a single with pull-out stacker bed. The kitchen features a dual fuel range cooker, Belfast sink and granite worktops. The games room boasts a full-size snooker table that guests rave about. Eight TVs throughout means no fighting over the remote!
